Community Outreach

Nikki Holland, DPT, ATC

Community Outreach Officer, Podcast Host – React19

Nikki holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science: Athletic Training from Murray State University. She spent over a decade in patient care, with half of those years also serving as a university-level professor in rural Tennessee. As a devoted mother of three, Nikki lived a full, active life—balancing family, career, and wellness—until 2021, when a severe COVID vaccine injury profoundly altered her life.

Her injury triggered a cascade of complex, multi-system complications—affecting her respiratory, neurological, cardiac, gastrointestinal, and urinary systems. She endured multiple hospitalizations, time on life support, a tracheostomy, feeding tube, and much more. Despite these life-changing challenges, Nikki chose to transform her pain into purpose. Her journey sparked a powerful new mission: to uplift and empower others living with vaccine injury and chronic illness.

In early 2025, Nikki joined React19 as Community Outreach Officer. As part of her role, she launched Navigation the Unknown with Nikki, a podcast in collaboration with React19. Through heartfelt interviews and guest experts, she shares the real stories of those affected by vaccine injury—blending hope, resilience, encouragement, education, and practical strategies for healing and daily life. The podcast serves as both a platform for advocacy and a space to foster community connection and support for the vaccine-injured community.

With her unique blend of clinical expertise and lived experience, Nikki brings a deeply personal, heart-centered perspective to React19’s mission. She is devoted to reigniting hope, building meaningful connections, and helping others find strength, purpose, and quality of life — even in the face of uncertainty —one step, one story, and one victory at a time.
