Phillip A. Triantos, MD  

Dr. Triantos is a board-certified radiologist with over three decades of experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology, neurology, and neurodiagnostics. A cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), he earned his BS in Natural Science and Mathematics (1982–1985) followed by an MD (1986–1990). He completed his internship and radiology residency at Baptist Medical Centers in Birmingham, AL (1990–1995). 

Dr. Triantos has held leadership roles in both hospital-based and private radiology practices, including Chair of Radiology at Vaughn Chilton Medical Center and founder of multiple imaging centers across Alabama. He is currently affiliated with MedHelp Clinic in Birmingham, Alabama, and provides teleradiology services through Imagen Technologies, Inc. and Rapid Radiology. 

His professional credentials include certification by the American Board of Radiology (since 1995) and membership in leading medical organizations such as the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the International Alliance of Physicians and Scientists. 

In early 2020, Dr. [Last Name] transitioned from full-time radiology to focus on direct care for COVID-19 patients. He has treated over 2,000 individuals with acute COVID, long COVID, and vaccine-related injuries. His extensive clinical and imaging experience with SARS-CoV-2 has made him a trusted expert in this field. 

He is currently licensed to practice medicine in more than 20 states, including AL, TX, NY, FL, and CA, and frequently serves as an expert witness in medical malpractice litigation. 

Dr. Triantos is the founder and president of Tissue Regeneration of Alabama, LLC, launched in 2024 to pursue innovative therapies in regenerative medicine. 

A devoted family man and Orthodox Christian, he has been married to his wife Donna for over 32 years. Together, they have raised three children and supported two additional families in need. Outside of medicine, he enjoys flying helicopters and engaging in legal medical review work.
