Vaccine Fatality of Alexis Budzon
- Date of Death:December 01, 2021
- Age at Death:24
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
Lexi was energetic, vibrant, active, in her final semester for her Bachelor's of Science degree for Nursing. She received 2 Pfizer Covid shots and a Flucelvax Quadrivalent in order to complete her Precursor requirement at the Hospital. She came home for Thanksgiving to Colorado not feeling well and after a doctors visit, an Emericare visit and Emergency room visit she succumbed to her multisystem failure 12/2021. She was 2 weeks from graduating with her BSN.

Alexis Budzon, who tragically lost her life at the age of 24 due to unforeseen complications following the administration of vaccines. As her grieving mother, I feel compelled to share Alexis's remarkable life story and the devastating impact her untimely death has had on our family and the community she touched.
Alexis, affectionately known as Lexi, was a vibrant, thriving young woman on the cusp of realizing her lifelong dream of becoming a registered nurse. Lexi was not only academically accomplished but also excelled in various athletic pursuits, such as dance, gymnastics, basketball, soccer, and softball. Her ability to balance the demands of her studies, work, and extracurricular activities showcased her exceptional time management skills and unwavering determination.
In the face of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Lexi bravely navigated the challenges of online classes, tests, and studies, always remaining committed to her educational pursuits. Despite her exposure to the virus through her work, clinicals, and interactions in healthcare settings, Lexi remained resilient and determined to complete her final semester of school. She was in Nursing school at the University of AL in Huntsville and was coerced to receive the COVID shots in order to complete her clinicals at Huntsville Hospital. Despite her reservations about the vaccines, Lexi complied with the mandates, believing it was necessary to pursue her career in healthcare.
However, in the months that followed, Lexi's health began to deteriorate in a puzzling and sporadic manner. Her symptoms confounded not only her but also her healthcare providers. The seemingly insignificant initial signs, including bladder retention and a rash, ultimately led to a catastrophic neurological event. Discussions with her primary care physician revealed the possibility that vaccines played a role in this devastating outcome. Her doctor, shocked by the sudden decline of an otherwise healthy patient, encouraged the submission of a VAERS report, which I completed on June 24, 2022, after extensive research and consultation.
Symptoms occurred before she or we realized early in the semester after the 2 Covid vaccines, with heavy menstruations and altered cycles and complaints of her chest hurting after attempting exercise in the form of jogging which she performed regularly prior. Lexi was not against vaccines but stated on many occasion that she would prefer to wait for more reliable data. Her concerns were reproductivity and long-term effects….
During Lexi's hospitalization, the medical staff, including her nursing colleagues and friends, were deeply affected by her critical condition. Their emotional connection to Lexi as a patient and a future nurse was evident in their unwavering support, tireless efforts, and even a touching "pinning" ceremony held in her honor. Lexi's impact on those around her extended far beyond her immediate circle, and her absence left a profound void in the lives of her family, friends, coworkers, coaches, professors, and the entire community. Her graduation celebration turned into her funeral service. She received a standing ovation at her Graduation ceremony and the College of Nursing organized a candle light vigil and lit up their building in blue her favorite color after finals.
After returning home for Thanksgiving in 2021, Lexi started feeling unwell. She visited the doctor multiple times, including an emergency visit on November 29, 2021, but her condition worsened rapidly. Tragically, during that visit Alexis's health took a devastating turn for the worse. She experienced a sudden and severe neurological event that left her in critical condition. Despite the efforts of the medical team, her condition continued to deteriorate rapidly My name is Kimberly Budzon and I am writing to you today on behalf of my beloved daughter. With heavy hearts, our family had to make the heart-wrenching decision to let her go peacefully on December 1st, 2021. Her passing was a profound loss, leaving behind a void that can never be filled.
The loss of our beloved Lexi has been an immeasurable tragedy. In the wake of Lexi's passing, my pursuit of answers has led me down a distressing path. Extensive research has revealed numerous articles and information linking vaccines to adverse effects and debilitating neurological conditions such as Guillain-Barre syndrome, MIS-A, Transverse Myelitis, Thrombocytopenia or Immune Thrombocytopenia, Myocarditis, Hemorrhagic Leukoencephalitis, Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis, Chiari Malformation, Pseudo-Acquired Chiari, and onset of SLE, Livedo Reticularis, and symptoms of chronological events of Brain Herniation, among others. The coroner's opinion cited complications of Chiari as a contributing factor to Lexi's death, but given her overall health and lack of other Chiari symptoms, the underlying cause remains a mystery. All of these symptoms are in fact associated with vaccines in the CDC and NIH websites. While they may be rare, they are occurring in are young adults and children.
My research has also revealed potential interactions between the Flucelvax Quad flu vaccine and prior Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines, which may have played a role in the tragic sequence of events. I am deeply alarmed by the growing number of individuals experiencing adverse effects and neurological complications following vaccination. It is disheartening that doctors and scientists who raise concerns about the severe threats posed by vaccines are often met with hostility and threats. It is crucial that accurate and comprehensive information regarding vaccine risks and adverse effects be made available to the public and medical community to prevent further loss and suffering. Brain death after brainstem herniation, indicated brain herniation after two spinal taps due to low opening pressure and lack of CSF fluid would indeed cause brain herniation mimicking Chiari. Catecholamine induced severe global cardiomyopathy with non-sustained ventricular tachycardia would indicate unknown, untreated myocarditis. Scleritis notated in Donor Alliance report also indicates an autoimmunity response to the vaccines.
Lexi's passing has forever altered the trajectory of our lives, leaving an irreplaceable void in our hearts. We mourn not only for the loss of Lexi but also for the future memories, milestones, and experiences that have been cruelly stolen from us. Our hope is that through this process, awareness will be raised, and measures will be taken to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Kim Budzon

While Biden's Vaccine Mandate Will Impact Colleges andUniversities, Details Remain Unclear
September 20, 2021
President Biden’s recently announced
COVID-19 action plan
has a number of provisions that willimpact colleges and universities in the coming weeks and months, although many of the specificsare still unknown.
The administration can take steps now to ensure government employees and members of the militaryare vaccinated, but other parts of the plan are subject to review, approval, and most likely legalchallenge.
As of now, campuses need to be aware of the following three provisions:
First, an
executive order
directs the
Safer Federal Workforce Task Force
to draft guidance whichwill require
all
federal contractors, including colleges and universities, to mandate Covid-19 vaccines. The guidance, which is supposed to be published by Sept. 24, will spell out details of this requirement. It appears that colleges and universities with a new, renewed, or extended federal contract or“contract-like instrument” valued above $250,000 will be required to ensure that their employees andsubcontractors “working on or in connection" with the contract be vaccinated.
At this time, it is difficult to anticipate the full scope of this guidance, such as the implications forremote, part-time, and student employees. While the administration has made clear that this does notapply to grants, we are waiting for clarification whether an institution’s program participationagreement (PPA) will be covered as a “contract” under the coming federal contractor vaccine mandate.Institutions must have a PPA in place to participate in federal student financial aid programs.
Second, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing an EmergencyTemporary Standard (ETS) to require all employers with 100 or more employees under OSHA’sjurisdiction “to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remainunvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work.” This

rule will include paid time off for employees to get vaccinated and recover from any post-vaccinationsymptoms. OSHA has jurisdiction over private sector employers, and in
26 states
its protectionsextend to state and local government employees.
OSHA said it plans to publish the ETS in the
Federal Register
in the next few weeks. For covered privatesector employers, the ETS will become effective immediately. States with OSHA-approved occupationalsafety and health plans covering public employees must adopt the ETS or a standard at least asprotective within 30 days of publication. OSHA reportedly could impose fines of nearly $14,000 perviolation for employers that do not comply.
Details regarding OSHA’s ETS are uncertain, such as who pays for the required employee testing, whether student employees are covered, and which vaccines will satisfy the ETS.
Third, the plan calls on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to require vaccination forworkers and volunteers in most healthcare settings that receive Medicare or Medicaidreimbursement, including teaching hospitals. This requirement will likely extend to individuals who arenot directly involved in patient care.
