   I had the exact same symptoms. I discovered that was POTS after 6 months too. Anxiety it’s a symptom triggered by the reduction of blood flow to the brain.
   I found sleeping with raised bedhead of 6-12 inches helped a lot

   The Pfizer vaccine has caused some type of reactive arthritis in my right leg. Must be something wrong with my immune system because MRI looks fine. Is there anything out there to slow down what I think is an overactive immune system?

     Hi Joel, I recieved the same diagnosis 18months ago. The typology was referred to as ‘palindromic’ and may explain why the symptoms might not always be visible on testing. Being RA, an MRI is only one of many tests that can be useful in diagnosis and treatment. If possible, try get a referral to a dermatologist as the skin reactions can be tested, and definately see a rheumatologist as they are specialised in pattern recognition and can titrate appropriate medication that can stabilise your immune system. Also, if your GP agrees, try Gen1,2 and 3 antihistamines alongside NSAIDs. It won’t fix the problem, but seems really effective at controlling the symptoms
