My name is Joy Martin and I am a therapist specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. I maintain a private practice based in Hickory, North Carolina.  

I am licensed to do virtual therapy for individuals that live in South Carolina. 

I believe that counseling is based not only on a foundation of counseling theories, skills, and interventions, but is also linked to life circumstances and drawing from the best of those experiences while learning from the challenges within those experiences.
