U.S. RESIDENTS: DEMAND ACTION
There are compensation programs designed to help support those with life-altering vaccine injuries called the CICP and VICP funds. However, due to the EUA, the COVID vaccines are NOT on the VICP fund and there currently is no legislation to make that happen.
TO DATE NOT A SINGLE COVID VACCINE INJURY HAS BEEN COMPENSATED IN THE U.S.
Make a difference in the life of someone who is suffering today! Please support this effort – Reach out to your senators and house representatives by phone, email, or by Twitter. Request action be taken on the following:
- CICP/VICP reform
- Implement vaccine injury ICD-10 diagnosis codes
- Investigate the lack of follow-up on adverse events by the CDC and FDA
Engage your friends and family. Have them call and email on your behalf. The more calls these representatives get, the more likely they are to do something about it.

“I am [name] calling on behalf of myself and my fellow [state of residence] who have been harmed by the COVID vaccines. I did what the government and community asked of me and got vaccinated. Now, me and thousands of others are injured and need your support. [share your story] I went from healthy and in the workforce, to debilitated and can no longer work. Many of my fellow injured are residents of our state. Many have been suffering now for over one year with no financial support.
There is a federal compensation program designed to provide aid to those injured by vaccines. However, the COVID vaccines are not included on the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. All previous vaccines implemented in the U.S. are covered by these funds and the Covid vaccines should be no different. My injured colleagues recently met with over 35 bipartisan senators and representatives including several on the HELP committee to discuss fixing these funds.
I am requesting an urgent meeting with you and your health staffer on behalf of those who are in need. More information on the problem and proposed solutions have been researched by the HELP committee, Rep Lloyd Doggett (TX), as well as vaccine compensation experts. Details on this issue can be found at react19.org/cicp. A bill is critical for those who wait for compensation to keep a roof over their heads, food on the table, as well as essential medical care. These people have been waiting for over year and cannot wait any longer for the government to do their part. Please help now.
