What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I spent time between caring for a big garden, composing music and doing some carpentry and other home DIY stuff. Had fairly balanced diet, had a coffee every day

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

06/09/2021: Had first Pfizer COVID injection

06/09/2021: Strong heart palpitations when going to sleep and next day waking up. These continue virtually constantly, with varying intensity, until today

06/10/2021 (aprox. date): Heart/chest pains start becoming frequent both during the day and night time. Around this same time I noted zones on the skin behind the knees covered with little red spots. The latter may have lasted about a week or so. Chest pain diminished when cutting down coffee, wine and chocolate intake

02/11/21 first GP tele-appointment. he prescribed Vit-D shot + Antianginal Spray

03/11/21 visited hospital with mild chest pain/used emergency service (ECG’s and blood test performed and everything was found to be ’normal’).

03/11/21 Vit-D shot + Antianginal Spray purchased

05/11/21 treadmill test at hospital (more ECG’s performed)

02/22 chest pains becoming less frequent

09/02/22 GP finally agreed to see me in person. He advises to not get the second vaccine due to my post-shot symptoms, while at the same time says he can't issue an exemption because my symtpoms don't fit exactly with the government guidelines to issue vaxx exemptions

11/05/22 (today) palpitations are virtually constant and there’s a feeling that my heart is being held in someone’s hand. Getting used to living with a different body

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

I believe drinking less coffee and eating less chocolate definitely helped. I also started taking weekly steam baths and eating Brazil nuts. Intermitent fasting

Which solutions were not helpful?

Antiginal spray
