What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Athletic and in best shape of my life. Running 40 miles per week with no doctors or medication. Great diet and generally very happy.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Intially agrevation of life long SVT. 2 weeks after first dose

Then PVCs started 2 weeks after second dose. Weeks of on edge elivated heart rate and improper sinus tach. Very dark and vivid dreams. chest pain/tighteness. PVCs so bad heart to breath. Developed GERD about 2 months post vaccine with continued ongoing cardiac issues. after 3 months POTS started. Every morning when i would first sit up. sometimes after setting during day. At 4 months i got shingles At 6 months pots had resolved. PVCs were only during exercise. I could walk 30 min a day. I'd improve a couple months and heart would "flare up" and PVCs become so bad i have to start over. at 10 months i was run/walking a few miles a week and got covid. getting covid resoved my heart issues and had 3 weeks of bliss but did too much. heart flare up again. now at 14 months still have pvcs during exercise. it can still be limiting to exercise tolerance. 10 miles a week jogging very slow. cant do high intensity. genral slow improvement and some hope. still battling GERD

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

i've tried many a diet and grandual work out increases. Only things that had noticible improvement was getting covid. Also hawthorne berry supplement, baby asprin, and pqq and other mitochondria support/improvement seems to help some. the pvcs are very much body perceived stress induced. the stress bar was basically put to zero and raising it back up has been difficult! Avoiding alcohol and sugar has helped some. Fasting helps some.

Which solutions were not helpful?

Doctors. All of them. No one would listen for months and i was finally just left with "give it time". vegan or low imflammation diet did not help. Family and friends doubt did not help. Needless suffering has not helped. emotional and physical trama has not helped.

What would you like others to know?

you are not alone. you are not crazy.
