What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

24 year old who played tennis at least three times a week for 2-3 hours each session. Would work out regularly and had plenty of energy.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Neurological issues appeared almost immediately the next day after I got my first Moderna shot. I went to the doctor and he said that it should go away with time which it never did. The next day after the shot I was just sore but had pins and needles sensations in my hands. This gradually got worse but symptoms got worse faster after my 2nd dose. The day after my second dose, I woke up with horrible chills and my body felt like it got in a car crash. I had horrible vertigo and could not walk straight. I had to call of work that day.

Over time I started experiencing muscle atrophy which then resulted in muscle weakness. I feel like whatever is happening is attacking my connective tissue and joints because I have bad joint paint (rheumatologist ruled out arthritis and lupus). Also my joints and bones have increased significantly in terms of cracking and popping. I should mention that after the booster, my left should started popping and cracking which it had never done before.

I've had two EMGs in the year of 2021 and both were normal for my feet and hands. However just recently, my EMG showed that there is nerve deterioration in my left arm.
