What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Normal healthy female. Walked 2 miles a day. Gardened, hiked. Lived a full life

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

The 1st dose of the vaccine,I had Covid 5 days later. Was very sick w Covid. Bed ridden for 14 days. 2nd dose was bedridden again for 1 week. I have never gotten better. Each week I got weaker . By Nov , I couldn’t keep up w daily life. By January , I was too weak to even run a vaccum . Numbness in face, rashes, heart palpitations worsened. Brain fog.extreme fatigue. In Jan 2022 creanatin kinase levels where 2500- liver enzymes 151.

Had a complete muscle breakdown. I am 100 lbs and can barely walk or open a water bottle . I was put 40 mg of prednisone which lowered my kinase to 500, but liver enzymes haven’t gone down . Went off steriods after 2 months. About 2 weeks later creanatin kinase was back up to 2450. Can’t walk again. I just started 40 mg of prednisone again. My face numbness is still there. I am super weak & can barely walk. Also now have Raynauds

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Prednisone helped. Going on a low histamine diet seems to help.

Which solutions were not helpful?

Nothing has really worked. The prednisone gives me some relief from the joint pain. Now my bones are starting to hurt
