I received my 2nd Pfizer shot at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville

The nurse administering my shot asked me if I had any reaction to first shot

I told I had tachycardia and low grade fever

She commented saying “we’ll let’s hope you don’t have a reaction to this shot”

I was told that I could leave immediately after getting the shot so I went to my car and started driving home after getting on the highway, roughly 20 minutes after my shot I felt a whooshing feeling with tingling in my face, trouble breathing and the most god awful head ache

I new I was plummeting fast

I pulled over and luckily there was a construction worker where I parked my car

I called him over and threw my phone to him

He called 911 and paramedics were with me in 10 minutes

In the ambulance I went into tachycardia and the AFibs and was exhibiting stroke like affects

They called the Mayo Er saying they were bringing back a patient who had just received the covid vaccine

In the ER I was treated with anaphylactic protocols and was told by the Dr that I had a reaction to the Pfizer vaccine and that I should not get another

covid shot but there is no mention of it in my medical chart or patient discharge paper

I suffered from the most intense headache in one area of my brain for 3 and a half months after
