Denise Gonsar

What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was a healthy active 50+ year old woman that was working, staying active and loved doing any activities with family and friends.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Extreme head pain like no other, I was a migraine person and this was something I never experienced in my life. Very nauseous, weak, increased heart rate, high BP, extreme sweating, would black out and become dizzy, lose balance.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Honestly not sure of what really helped. Although after we started Emgality injections and Topemax things started to calm down after a few months

Which solutions were not helpful?

A variety of things, in the ER they gave me cocktails of pain medications, Magnesium, fluids, steroids, hot/cold compressions, ibuprofens, nothing seemed to relieve the pain

What would you like others to know?

That you are not alone and maybe together we could get some answers to help ourselves and others, and quite possibly hoping to recover from this 100%
