What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was normal attending my job and my social life. I am a doctor, an Internal Medicine doctor and now my life is quite different and miserable .

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Started with pain in the distal joints of both hands then the bigger articulations a rash on my skin ulcers on my tongue, and pain in my articulations that were interpreted as reactive arthritis but then associated with bronchospasm, urticaria-like skin lesions, tachycardia, and burning and painful areas of my skin. Hiper salivation, tinnitus, headache, dizziness, bad humor, diarrhea, or going several times to the bathroom, and now with hypersensitivity in my hands the fingertips, and loss of muscle strength in my legs mostly, waves of deep sleep and nausea. All these symptoms come together like waves 2 or three times a day. It comes with weird odors and itching and blurred vision in the eyes By now it is almost 5 months and now seems like the syndrome is steady and behaving like a cronical condition. Plus the damage caused by steroids (Cushing´s Syndrome).

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

I decided on my own to take antihistamines H1 and H2 ( RUPATADINE 20 mg/day) MONTELUKAST10 mg/day, and my rheumatologist put me on steroids starting from 60 PREDNISOLONE mg a day, + LEFLUNOMIDE 20 MG /DAY, SULFASALAZINE 1 g /day, INDOMETACINE 50 mg/day, and TRAMADOL 50 -100 mg 3 times a day, RANITIDINE 300 MG /DAY, and the pain is better now almost absent, but the allergic reaction waves are still active. Now I am giving rest to my liver and I am thinking to try in one-month SUTINIBIB.

Which solutions were not helpful?

i haven't TRIED ANYTHING MORE

What would you like others to know?

Even being a doctor me has been very difficult to share the symptoms with other doctors. Nobody wants to be leading a team of doctors. People don't understand how sick I feel i am.
