What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

April 1, 2021 Emergency Room Diverticulitis diagnosis but never confirmed after colonoscopy

May 2021. Emergency room with heart pain thought I was having a heart attack. Diagnosis no heart damage

June 2021 Emergency Room with heart pain and tingling in my cheek. Diagnosis no heart or brain damage

August 2021 Emergency Room. Couldn’t breathe. Severe blood clots in both lungs. Almost passed. Surgery and now on blood thinners

October 2021 Emergency room with blood clots again. Surgery and still on blood clots for the rest of my life

December 2021. Brain fog, and tingling in both hands and feet. No doctor can make it better

Been to lot of doctors with no doctor that would say the vaccine would cause my problems

The vaccine causes problems. I need help to get off blood thinners and help with brain fog and get rid of tingling in my hand and feet
