What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Very normal, no health issues at all. Worked, enjoyed the family, ate well. No medications.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

3 days post vaccine my right leg started to have a full ache. Within a week I was being seen by the out of hours clinic for one sided weakness. 2 weeks post vax I was in A&E for lower back extreme tingling (a bit like wearing a tens machine)

Nothing diagnosed other than vaccine reaction.

3 months later paid for private mri, diagnosed probably transverse myelitis.

Suffered pain, twitching, cramps, tingling, pins and needles, one sided body weakness.

1 year on it’s the tingling and burning sensations that are still here.

Amitriptyline gave me strange side effects and so I came off it after 3 months.
