What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I’m a VERY healthy happy 75 yr old. I looked forward to every day with excitement. I traveled, volunteered. Looked forward to serving my grown children and my baby granddaughter. I never complained. Didn’t need to have help doing simple tasks. Exercise EVERY day!!

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I rcvd Pfizer shot 4/05/2021, 4/26/2021. No reaction at injection site or day of shots.

4/27/2011 I awoke with a horrific occipital headache and a cough. To date, 01/23/2023, neither have subsided!

I’ve seen 6 different doctors. Neurologist, Pulmanoligist, ENT, in addition to 3 different primary doctors.

I’ve had Acupuncture, PT & Chiropractics as well as chest X-rays, MRIs, CT Scans and numerous blood tests
