What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was healthy and active. No serious Medical problems.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

2 1/2 weeks post 1st booster I started to break out in hives. Hives continues to increase over time. Saw Dr after 6 weeks.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Prednisone 5 day dose pack to control the flare then antihistamines- prescription Levocetirizine and Famodine. Also low histamine diet. Had pressure hives and had to wear loose clothing.

What would you like others to know?

The CSU is from an autoimmune reaction from the vaccine. High histamine foods can cause a flare. I also had/have angioedema. Stress can make the conditions worse.
