What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
Strong, Healthy and Optimistic about selling my house and retiring to Kenya. I was already retired so there has been no problem with working. I am 70 yo so thought it wise to get the vaccine. It was the biggest mistake of my life.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
They started quickly after the second booster. Dizziness, fatigue, weakness, memory issues and cognitive impairment. I feel like I got dementia. Difficulty making decisions and problem solving. Terrible GI problems. Constipation and painful bloating. Loss of interest in food. I eat for fuel. Nausea on and off. Some muscle weakness.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Not very much. I take a handful of supplements daily. My GI has shown some improvement. No more nausea and no more bloating.
Which solutions were not helpful?
All my supplements have not been as helpful as I want. And they are extremely expensive.
