What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
I am speaking on behalf of my husband Jorge Ruiz, who died after 21 days of receiving the Moderna Covid 19 shot. As mention above he receive the shot on Oct 28 of 2021 at Kaiser Permanente pilot clinic for vaccines.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
At the second day after receiving the Vaccine he began developing headaches, body aches and fever, which the doctor said was a normal response to the vaccine and would last couple of days, he called in sick at work and stayed home, on Nov 5th I e-mailed his primary doctor letting him know that he wasn't doing too well and that he was having trouble breathing, the doctor order an X-ray and a Covid19 test, they did the test and the X-ray and confirmed that he was testing positive for Covid19 his Doctor sent him some antibiotics and to isolate, I mention that he wasn't sick the day he took the vaccine...but he said he doesn't believed it has anything to do with the vaccine, on Nov 6th I sent another e-mail telling the Doctor that he was getting worst at some point they told me to bring him to the ER.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
He had to be hospitalized on Nov 6 of 2021, he was admitted with Respiratory failure, remained for couple of days at the ICU and on the 16th of November he was intubated. Kept having persistent fevers and also developed sepsis, on Nov 21st of 2021 he passed away.

I tried to contact the clinic when he got the vaccine to find out if he was tested first before getting the vaccine, but they say they don't do that. My husband wasn't sick before getting this vaccine. he worked as a Janitor downtown San Francisco he had almost year and a half to get sick with Covid but he didn't even though there were 3 co-workers from his station who got Covid in 2020, he was exposed many times, at this point he could have gotten sick but he didn't, three weeks prior to getting the vaccine he received a letter from work urging him to get vaccinated or lose his job.
What would you like others to know?
I'd like others to question why many people don't get tested before getting the vaccine. Also vaccines test your immune response they are vectors, my husband got Covid 19 thru the vaccine.
