What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I am a dental hygienist worked 3 jobs 6 days a week, never had any health issues, perfectly healthy 32 year old. Lived a normal life.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

7 months after receiving my second moderna vaccine, I started with chest pain, heart palpitations. Went to PCP they said "oh just anxiety" (never had anxiety ever in my life) As time went on I gained many symptoms, including, high heart rate, dizziness, brain fog/derealization, severe anxiety/panic/ impending doom feeling, ringing of ears, headaches, sweating at night, tremors of the hands, internal tremors/vibrations throughout body, chest pain, insomnia, light and noise sensitivity, gi issues, pins and needles feeling on skin, burning of skin feeling, excessive thirst and urination. I have been in and out of the ER for months, all blood work always coming back "normal" I have seen endocrinologist, neurologists, rheumatologist, PCP, psychiatrist, oncologist, functional medicine, POTS clinic, you name it I've seen them. I was diagnosed with dysautonomia & POTS, chronic fatigue syndrome. MY SYMPTOMS HAVE BEEN DEBILITATING. I spent 5months on bed rest due to symptoms, I after a year have been able to tolerate only some afternoons with working as a dental hygienist as my hands have a tremor & shaking. I have a "fog" that lasts all day from the moment I wake up. My symptoms have been the same since starting. No medications have helped as I've done many trial and error medications (over 25 different meds) it is frustrating to have been so healthy and successful to now being "sick" everyday. The same cycle of symptoms are everyday with no relief.
