What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Frenzied! I was part of a team that was testing nursing home facilities for COVID. We went to a new nursing home every day, tested all patients and staff (later just staff, unless someone was posituve..positive... then we tested patients they'd been near. We also tested university students before they were allowed to attend classes. When vaccines arrived, we went into the nursing homes to administer them. While not very active in my personal life, my work life was essentially non-stop activity and never sitting down.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

It began with my feet feeling *weird.* couldn't really describe it. Numb wasn't exactly the word... they just felt weird and I couldn't get them warm. I then noticed they weren't cold to the touch, but I still had the sensation that they were freezing cold. Then came the burning. Iy yi yi... the burning was so intense that I would yell out, "My feet are on fire!"

There was no relief. Sitting down, elevating, hanging upside down, hot water soaks, cool water soaks (both soaks sometimes helped, but not much... and how am I gonna do that at work?), placing wet paper towels on every hot spot (they've since moved to my legs) and sitting under a ceiling fan made me look ridiculous, but sometimes helped.

I've also experienced blood pressure drops, heat intolerance, and I'm not sweating like I have previously.

I also have gut issues (always have, to a degree, but it's MUCH worse now)

The palms of my hands, at the base of both thumbs, turn purple when raised above my heart for more than a few minutes and when exposed to cold water, carrying a cold bottle of water, etc.

I'm single and have forced myself to go to work, on my feet ALL day, during these whole, long 22 months. Some days were absolutely excrutiating. I've had to lie down several times when my BP plummeted and I felt faint, light-headed, and confused. I have to carry salt with me at all times. It seems to be the quickest way to relieve this symptom.

It's all just been crazy. Most of my family thinks I've lost my marbles (though they won't say it to my face).

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Nothing yet. Would you like to know what I've tried? Gabapentin takes the edge off. Combined with Hydroxychloroquine and Colchicine with weekly intake of Vitamin D & K seems to be giving me more decent days than horror shows. I also started a Carnivore diet which has morphed into BBBE (beef, bacon, butter, and eggs). Believe it or not, the only physician who's believed me and has tried to help is a local ophthalmologist who is heavily involved with COVID and vaccine injury. He's absolutely, positively my HERO!!! Please know that I know my injury is mild compared to most.

Which solutions were not helpful?

Oh. This is easier! General Practitioner Podiatrist (except she started me on the Gabapentin) Massage Therapy Accupuncture Neurologist Time Thousands of $$$s worth of vitamins and supplements Voodoo woman hired to jab Pfizer employees relentlessly (just kidding)

What would you like others to know?

I'm not crazy. I thought I was for a while. Safe and effective was drilled into my head by my employer, the media, and my government. I've tried to blame it on many other things. Until I found other people that were experiencing similar symptoms, I honestly thought I was losing my mind. This was for months! Knowing I'm not alone gives me hope that someone will eventually find a cure and throw this poison away. Especially now that the evil CDC has added it to the child immunization list. They're going to kill and maime the babies now?
