What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Very active ER RN, love golfing, had a beautiful head of long blonde curly hair.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Started having pain in my right arm within 2 weeks of receiving my 3rd vaccine. Now my right hand goes to sleep often and my right elbow is always painful. In February 2022 I noticed that I started losing my hair, thought it was due to my Hasimoto’s. Also was becoming fatigued easier so increased my Armour Thyroid. By June the hair loss was becoming worse. By November 2022 I was losing a large handful of long hair locks on a daily basis. I have now lost over 3/4 of my long beautiful hair and got an appointment with a dermatologist thinking I had developed Alopecia. Lab tests have confirmed that I am positive for Lupus.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Just starting treatment so I don’t have any solutions to report yet.

Which solutions were not helpful?

Not sure yet.

What would you like others to know?

Is there any one else that has been diagnosed with Lupus after receiving Covid vaccination?
