What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
After ca 5 days nerves in my right leg started humming. Felt like a phone vibrating. Was on and off for 3 weeks. A few muscle twitches in left calf. After 2nd jab of vaccine muscle twitches went full body wide. Numbness and tingling in thumbs and left leg. Joint pains and muscle aches soon followed. Very stiff from time to time.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Time. Got better after 7-8 months. Pacing. Rest Got covid and got worse again.
Which solutions were not helpful?
Getting covid infection. Made symptoms reappear all over again. But worse than before. Vitamin d seems to make matters a little worse. Exhaustion.
What would you like others to know?
Try and not get covid. Accept what is happening. Dont freak out keep a calm mind regarding your health. White down a list of the symptoms so you have them when talking to people or doctors.
