What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

No heart or neurological issues. Exercised several times weekly, went out, did physical things frequently, had something to look forward too, enjoyed the job i could do

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

-Had severe chest pain and racing heart on the night of vaccine

-Cleared by hospital (ecg, blood test)

-chest pain continued

-2 weeks in developed neurological issues (blurred right vision, light headed, headache, numbness, weakness, knee nerve pain, calf pain)

-3 months in got relief (milder symptoms so was able to exercise)

-3 1/2 months in had a massive flare up with heart attack symptoms, called ambulance, once again cleared by ecg and blood test

-currently dealing with 10 days of worse cardiac flare up (severe tight pain on heart and chest feels inflamed, all worse than before)
