What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was healthy. Never really got sick at all. Went to work and worked a good 14 hours. I stayed quite active.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Since my 2nd shot I started getting flu like symptoms every month leading up to May. A few days before may 9th I started feeling achy and my thigh area began hurting. May 9th I could barely lift my leg of the ground. Went to bed and write up an hour later pretty much paralyzed. Could not move my legs or body. Could only lift my arms half way up. I rolled/fell off the bed and after 10 minutes of doing everything I could, I was able to stand and shuffle to the car to go to the ER. I also started twitching with non stop muscle spasms. Doctors discovered I had no phosphates or cortisol in my body along with being low in other enzymes. I was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

I am now on steroids for the rest of my life since I no longer produce cortisol. I am also on many supplements to replace all the enzymes that don't stay in my body such as phosphate and magnesium.

Which solutions were not helpful?

The doctors took 5 days of me being in the hospital replenishing my enzymes but then sent me home without consulting an endocrinologist. I was readdmitted a day and a half later for the same reasons with my levels almost back to 0.
