What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

3 weeks after the 2nd dose I started experiencing a burning sensation on my left forearm. It would come ago. After a month or two I got worse and started feeling a pin prick nerve pinch in my left elbow. Then same symptoms came on in my right arm and burning in my left ring finger.

By august 2021 I started having severe insomnia, adrenaline dumps, anxiety, panic attacks and biological depression.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Time. The severe insomnia lasted 4 months. And resolved. The depression and anxiety as well. I still have the burning in my arms/elbows. The neuropathy is unbearable.
