What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was generaly healthy.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I have ringing in my ears, loss of mobility, weak legs, feeling burning sensations and being hot, tingling of my skin follwed by extreme burning heat. sharp severe headaches, pain and burning sensation on my genitals, painful urination, tingling sensation on my face, tingling sensation on both ears including sharp pain,. I have medical documentation and was diagnosed with anxiety, delusional, having hallucination, schizhoprenic, and bi-polar. I feel sharp pain on my eyes and blurry visions.

Around May or June i started feeeling the heat around the time i am about to sleep. As the days progressed it became a 24/7 happening. This affected my sleep and health, I am now depressed and anxious. i have gained weight and was told i am delusional saying that all of this was just in my head.

My PCP is Dr. Safia Khan from Univeristy of Texas South Western Hospital in Dallas, TX. My Urologist, Dr Solomon Waldu of UTSW dismisses me as a patient and refuses to treat me.
