What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
I was pretty healthy, I was taking care of my husband full time before he passed away in August. I had my first booster shot in December and that's when things changed. I was able to live a normal life.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
I started passing out in December. I started having chest pain in December. My health took a drastic turn in January. I started passing out more and more. In April the syncope became so severe that I am no longer able to work. I can't function on my own.
