Stirling Smith
What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
Fine.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
First shot out of work sick for a week with bad flu like symptoms
Shot #2 (5/22) quarter size hives on my back, neck & chest
Shot #3 (9/22) out of work for 11 days, pneumonia. I now have an inhaler ( Albuterol)
Shot #4 (11/22) hospital for 3 days, kidney infection
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
No solutions helped. I rarely use the inhaler. I've had some sort of recurrent skin itch that happens the same time everyday. I got a topical benadrill (?) ointment that doesn't really work.
Which solutions were not helpful?
All of them
What would you like others to know?
My sister begged me not to get another shot because after each one the reaction got worse. I haven't gotten the 5th shot.
