What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
Very active. Excel is e 6 days a week. To include 4-5 miles walking per day. Elliptical and interval training included.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
Transverse Mylitis Jan 8 . Complete numbness on right side and torso. Hip to toe.
Left side need to toe. Very painful in both feet. Poor mobility. 6 days in hospital and continued PT thereafter.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
None as of yet. PT has helped mobility. No decrease in nerve damage and pain.
What would you like others to know?
Need to determine further treatment for Nero issues. Has the been any success with plasma exchange to heal nerve damage?
