Fairly resilient although I 've had RA for years.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
Immediately after vaccine bad headache and aches and pains and feverish.
Later heart racing and palpitations. Insomnia. Later buzzing and vibrating, pins and needles and numbness. Insomnia.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Sea salt bath soak. Green smoothies. Stress management. Yoga. Meditation.
