Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"9/24/21

I work within a facility that requires the shot, however we were given the option to submit a medical or religious reason why we did not want the shot. It was up to a panel within our organization to agree or disagree with what was submitted. I am a single parent and could not take the chance of not having a job even though I oppose the shot. I decided if I was going to get any of the shots it was going to be one time and done. The day I got the shot I was very distraught and I was just praying that God is not gonna be mad at me. I felt OK other than a sore arm for the first day the next morning I had some bumps On the forearm of where I received the shot. As the day progressed it turned into hives all over my body. I wish I could attach some pictures. Then I felt queasy and I had a headache. I will never get another shot like that again
