Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"9/21/21

Prior to receiving my second dose I didn’t have any issues with my stomach. I have chronic back pain and fibromyalgia, but that’s it. The day after I got the second dose in March (Friday) I had a headache, was tired, and vomited. I chilled that day, hoping for the best the next day. I woke up Saturday feeling great. I went out with my family and had a nice time. That night after dinner I vomited. That was the last almost normal day I have had since. I have been vomiting once or twice most days since. My PCP was absolutely useless and wanted to keep charging me for telehealth visits. Finally they gave me a referral for a GI. I had an endoscopy, ultrasound, bloodwork, and a stomach emptying test. All came back normal. I have been on 5 different medicines for nausea/acid. None have really worked. The GI thinks it might be something called functional nausea and vomiting and put me on a med that is supposed to help reset my nervous system to hopefully stop it. I have been on it for a little over a month and it isn’t doing anything. In the mean time work started again. I work in a school and struggled to make it to the end of the year. I hoped over the summer I would get better and start the new year fresh. It has not been the case. I vomit in the morning and go to work feeling nauseous all day. I am afraid to eat lunch because I don’t want to get sick there. It is getting to the point where I am almost afraid to eat anything but toast because when I vomit the pain in my head is so bad it feels like it is going to explode. It wasn’t like that when this all started. I am afraid for myself and my future. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I regret getting the vaccine everyday. I had Covid in December and it was nowhere as bad as what this has done to my body.
