What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Prior to the vaccine, I was active, happy and enjoyed every aspect of life. I’d run and gym everyday, I loved socialising and networking. Seems like a past life as I write .

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

After my first shot I didn’t experience sore arm or didn’t experience flu symptoms. I did experience chest aches, heart beating fast and heat flashes. I went to the hospital and they diagnosed me with anxiety. Later on the track I had to get the 2nd vaccine, from then my life did a full 360. I started to get stiff neck, blood pressure fluctuations (high) floaty in my eye and pressure on my left side of head. Sounds crazy but almost as I can’t release any feel good hormones. I can’t run the distance I use to or engage in strenuous activity. I’ve started to develop visible veins on my left leg, and at times my left arm will become super veiny and heavy.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

I continue to struggle everyday but I force myself a lot. Everything is a great effort. I’ve started taking magnesium taurate for my blood pressure, lots of anti-inflammatory fruits and veges and try to relax.

Which solutions were not helpful?

Doctors
