Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"8/23/21

I received my first vaccine, Moderna, on February 5th, a Friday. On February 11th I had some shortness of breath, but didn’t think much about it. On Saturday, February 13th I experienced extreme shortness of breath, could not catch my breath. I realize it was the wrong thing to do now, but I didn’t go to the Emergency Room until Monday, February 15th. After a rapid test and a full panel test they ruled out COVID. Sent me for a CT Scan and I had bilateral pulmonary embolisms. The right pulmonary artery was almost completely blocked, and there were several small clots in the left pulmonary artery. They admitted me to the hospital and began treatment with blood thinners. I spent 5 days in the hospital and was sent home with orders for complete rest for 6 weeks. After consulting my personal physician and a battery of tests from a hematologist, it was determined that the only cause for the embolisms was the Moderna vaccine. I was told to not take another vaccine even if ordered to by health officials. I am now off blood thinners after 4 months of treatment and basically leading a full life. The ER doctor told me in no uncertain terms that most did not survive the bilateral pulmonary embolisms that I had. There is only one reason that I’m still here on earth today, God had his hand on me and it wasn’t my time to die. Thankful for all the prayers and the healing hand of the Great Physician.
