What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Healthy and active. Very active at work.

Extreme fatigue starting in late March 2021 Lots of muscle twitching Muscle weakness severe enough to keep me in bed 12 hours a days for six months Lost appetite and lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks. Sense of body vibrating.

Only thing has been time. Body still vibrates and still have some muscle twitching but it’s less. Still have feeling of muscle weakness.

What would you like others to know?

I had multiple tests. Central nervous tests, MRI’s, X-rays, cardiac CT, PET scan and lots of blood work. About 4 months after onset, my liver enzymes were very elevated. Levels started to subside within next 6 months and are now normal.
