I'm a 32 year old female. Before receiving the vaccine, I had ZERO health issues and took ZERO medications (not even birth control or vitamins).

I got the J&J vaccine on 4/5. I was fine for the next 2 weeks. Then I started to get tingling, ""pins and needles"", and burning sensations in my lower legs and feet. The sensations then started moving to my arms and hands then shifting between limbs. Then I started getting joint pain in my hands. Then my arms felt heavy. Then joint pain and stiffness in my hands and feet. Most recently, my lungs have felt like I inhaled smoke and my lips and tongue have been tingling.

Urgent Care and Emergency Room doctors basically ignored my statements that these symptoms are related to the vaccine. All bloodwork and tests came back normal. There was nothing else to blame except for the vaccine (especially since I had zero pre-existing conditions, wasn't on any medications, and rarely drink alcohol). My primary care physician believed me after doing more bloodwork and listening to me about the Facebook group I found. He said there's nothing to do except ""wait it out"". There are a few meds I could try, but I'm afraid of the side effects. Right now I'm trying to manage symptoms with Tylenol, zyrtec, B12, Vitamin D, and magnesium.

The symptoms shift on a daily basis. I wake up every morning not knowing how intense my symptoms will be that day and scared that a new symptom will appear.
