Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
I developed decreased energy and weakness after the second COVID 19 vaccine. These symptoms slowly progressed. Three years after the vaccine they rapidly progressed to where I could not walk to my mailbox or do minimal exercise with out SOB and no energy. I finally suspected Long COVID and AR Heart Hospital (Little Rock, AR) started a Long Covid Rehab program. I started a round of Ivermectin with only minimal improvement. I had long standing T2DM, CAD (stents), and COPD (since medical school). Entire W/U by cardiology and pulmonary medicine was "no change". I retired from active medical practice. I recently stopped all my BP meds because of hypotension. Even though my BP is now back to normal; I continue to have orthostatic symptoms with any activity. I only had slight improvement with Long COVID cardio-pulmonary rehab. My wife and myself were forced to get COVID 19 vaccines to fly on vacation.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
D3K2 50,000 IU/wk. Kaufman's US study (2020 before mRNA vaccine available showed a 50% decrease in COVID cases. Spanish Study (2020) showed an 80-95% decrease in ICU admissions for COVID hospitalizations when given Calcifediol (activated D3; it takes your body 2 weeks to activate). CDC could have started everyone on optimal D3K2 (before mRNA was available) and saved millions of lives. New long term RCT safety studies needed in seniors. D3K2 alone; D3K2 and mRNA vaccines; mRNA vaccines alone.

What would you like others to know?
D3 levels in US are totally inadequate at current government recommendations. Optimal levels (> 50 ng/ml) require 7-10,000 IU/d of D3 or 50,000 IU/wk. Available OTC (Amazon for $ 0.17/ wk). Your doctor should check a D3 level every year (50-150 ng/ml). Large safety margin (overdose requires >250 ng/ml). No adverse reactions at above levels.
