Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
Recieved 2 COVID-19 Vaccines at the end of 2021. Started having brain fog and fatigue about March 2022. Had syncopal episode in June 2022. I was out of work for 4 months due to postural dizziness, weakness, Post-exertional malaise, and fatigue. Underwent cardiology evaluation and found to have sick sinus syndrome. Had pacemaker placed at this was thought to be the cause of my symptoms. No change after pacemaker placement. I still have daily headaches, brain fog, fatigue, generalized weakness, intermittent blurry vision, and post-exertional malaise. I also had a pulmonary embolism.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Stimulant medications (Adderall and Vyvance) have helped with chronic fatigue.

Physical therapy for the post-exertional malaise.
Pacemaker placement.
