Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

On the day of my 2nd vaccine I was a healthy 68 year old male, by that evening I had lost the use of my legs and my bladder. I was on the bedroom floor and could not get up, I wet myself a couple times because I could not feel anything from my waist down. After a few hours my wife finally got me up and to the ER. I was diagnosed with a TIA ( mini stroke) and was sent to a bigger hospital a hour away, where I stayed for 2 days for several tests. I still am having trouble with my right arm and my memory.
