"​My employer issued a vaccine mandate. I felt forced to get the Pfizer shot to protect my job. I got the shot in August 2021. It has been over 2 months now and I have terrible insomnia. I never had sleep issues in my life. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep nightly. I can only manage 4-5 hours of broken sleep, and I occasionally have completely sleepless nights. This all started after the first dose of Pfizer.

In addition, and as a result of the shot, I have peripheral neuropathy that developed, which includes nerve pain, burning, tingling, and needle sensations. My pulse has been elevated since the shot as well.

Many doctors don’t know how to address these side effects and some outright deny the existence of side effects other than the commonly reported ones. It is so hard to get help.

Living like this is a nightmare. I have very young children who depend on me and I don’t know if I can continue working like this. I thought getting the shot would protect my job and my ability to provide for my family. Now I can’t get a second shot and I don’t know if I will be able to work much longer if this continues.
