Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"9/14/21

I would like to share my symptoms after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. After receiving my first vaccine on March 25, 2021, I experienced various symptoms such as high blood pressure, hypertension, severe dizziness, fatigue, and anxiety. These symptoms lead me to be seen at the emergency room several times as well as follow-up visits with my doctor. I was given a doctor’s note excusing me from work for 2 weeks. I received my second dose on April 22, 2021. With this dose, I experienced symptoms consisting of sinus pressure, episodes of dizziness, chest pressure, and anxiety. My doctor has referred me to an Endocrinologist, Cardiologist, ENT and Physical Therapists of which so far all test come back normal. I am scheduled to see a Neurologist towards the end of this month and I am hoping they can diagnose me and know what is really going on but for now all I keep getting prescribed is anxiety medication which doesn’t seem to really help. It has now been 6 months and still the dizziness does not go away, there have been days where it seems to get better but then I am hit with an episode of palpitations and just recently this past Saturday for the first time I felt warmness on my feet and behind my arms (triceps muscle) followed by electrical shocks which led me to visit the ER and again diagnosed with anxiety/palpitations. Before the vaccine I was healthy, traveling, playing sports or working out now im just constantly on a lookout to see when I have another of these episodes and not really doing my normal daily activities/routines.

Below are some links to data collection websites that track symptoms that are being reported after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Although COVID-19 vaccine symptoms are not widely publicized, these tracking websites provided me with information related to the symptoms that I was experiencing and reflected the numerous reports of symptoms similar to mine.
