Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"I spent the entire month of February with chest pain, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, dizziness, right arm numbness, severely low BP and I had near syncopal episodes a few times. I was to the ED 3 times, and each time they checked my cardiac enzymes for possible heart attack and checked me for COVID; each time was negative. All of this came on about 4 to 5 days after receiving my first dose of the Moderna vaccine. I told them that each time and everybody dismissed the idea that the vaccine had anything to do with how I was feeling. I've also had a stress echo, adrenal stress, and other endocrine labs tested. I've never been treated for anything and I've never been given a true answer. Due to a pre-existing diagnosis of ""autonomic dysfunction"" of my low blood pressure, it was chocked up as an ""event"" due to that brought on by the vaccine. I am still experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, right arm numbness, brain fog, and days where I am so fatigued it is hard to stay awake doing the simplest of tasks.

Prior to receiving the vaccine, I could get 3 hours sleep and still manage to keep up with my two children under the age of two and work full time. Post-vaccine, even when I manage to get 8 hours of sleep I'm still struggling. My kids deserve their energetic momma back and I deserve answers.
