Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"7/30/21

On March 15, 2021 I received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine at the Warrick County Hospital. The time was 13:15. By 14:10 I was in the Warrick County Hospital going into anaphylactic shock.

My left leg has been in for atrophy since 2015, but now, it has increased nerve pain and the nerves that are alive and muscle spasms that violently jump my leg enough to wake me from deep sleep.

I also suffer from increased fatigue and rarely get out of my bed. I am 40 years of age and wanted to show my peers there was nothing to be feared. Look at me now. Denied disability benefits twice now and got a vaccine that has me in worst shape than before. I wish the Government would just come shoot me in the head. At least then I know I don’t need an income and my condition will not worsen.
