Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I received the J&J shot along with my wife. Approximately a week after receiving the vaccine, my wife experienced bad migraine headaches and I had excruciating pain in both knees. It hurt to walk. Then a week later my palms of my hands and the outer soles of both feet and all ten toes became numb like when you go to the dentist and novacaine starts to wear off. That still exists today. Yesterday, the joints of both hands, fingers and thumbs started aching. They are still aching to the point of keeping me awake, like a toothache. I'm afraid of what could possibly be down the line for both of us.
