What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was a normal 69-year-old retired male. I live on a farm and was able to maintain my property just fine. Exercised regularly.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

In April of 2021 I started experiencing pain in my left hip. went through cortozone injections and rehab, all the while getting steadily worse. had ct scans, MRI, back injections, neurological testing, endocrinologist exam etc. I was in awful shape and saw Advanced Covid Care and got ivermectin which gave me some relief. I still am unable to walk over 100 ft. My brain fog is awful and the medical group I was seeing informed me there is nothing more they can do for me.
