Vaccine Injury of JHC

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
Received booster vaccine 12/8/2021. Several weeks following the vaccine, I developed skipped heart beats. This lasted for about 2 months. Since then, there have been no further occurrences for the last 3 years. I mentioned this to my Primary Care Doctor but wasn't taken seriously since the skipped beats had resolved. I did not seek medical attention during the period of cardiac rhythm irregularities because I was out of state during that period and didn't won't to be hospitalized.
What would you like others to know?
I saw a paper on PubMed about heart block after COVID vaccine. I would like to know if there have been other similar cases.
