What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Normal... no pain.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I am a father of two beautiful girls and loving wife.

I received the first shot in September 2021, when everyone was freaking out from Detal. Three days later, I experienced bad muscle pain. Then my joints started to really hurt. Other than the muscle pain, my other symptoms were not suddenly, it was like a slow fall. By the end of 2021 I was a complete mess.
Over next few months, I was unable to drive, multiple ER visits, doctor visists. Lots and lots of doctors saying nothing wrong, blood work was fine. Most of 2022 was just trying to figure life out, work through this new disease and keep working.
About early 2023 was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. After that, I received a different attitude from doctors. Struggled with pain, brain fog and just the fear of not knowing. About late 2023 and early 2024 finally started to get some life back, not just constant pain. Still have flair ups about every 3-6 months.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Some supplements, such as NAC, magnesium and B complex. Biggest help has been fasting. Tried my first 48hr fast, helped a lot!

Which solutions were not helpful?

Eating poorly, stress, lack of sleep.

What would you like others to know?

Watched Follow the Silenced movie, saw that it wasn't just me. Also saw how bad some have been hit. Thank you so much for the team that made that movie! Praying for you all!
