Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

In August 2022, my husband and I had covid19. Our local hospital sent me to Tahoe Forest Hospital in Truckee for a monoclonal antibody therapy which took 4 hours in a plastic room in the back of the hospital. Within 1 month I started having severe issues including allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) that lasted days. I have to date had 22 episodes of severe anaphylaxis. We have spent thousands to diagnose issues. I have daily consistent sinus congestion, chronic fatigue, head fog and so much more. Literally within 30 days of the infusion. This has cause me to assess disability which has been denied. I was once the dir of internal audit and worked for 3 governors plus ran for public office. I am no longer the same person I was and struggle daily physically and financially. My heart has severe issues as does my gastro intestinal
