Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"7/9/21

At approximately 2:00 PM on March 3, 2021, my mother received her second Moderna vaccination. On March 4, 2021, approximately 18 hours after her second shot, she woke with an excruciating pain behind her right eye. Her condition continued to decline, and an ambulance was called and she was taken to our local hospital, a Level 3 Trauma Center. She was then transported via helicopter to a Level 1 Trauma Center, where she underwent an emergency craniotomy for a hemorrhagic stroke. During surgery, in which she was revived and resuscitated, it was discovered that she had an arteriovenous malformation (AVM). She was placed on a ventilator and was put into a medically induced coma. She spent over two weeks in the hospital and an additional three weeks at an in-patient rehabilitation hospital. She is home now undergoing home physical, occupational, and speech therapy. She completely lost the use of the left side of her body. She suffers from significant left side neglect and spent weeks in a wheelchair, just now learning to walk with a four-pronged cane wearing a gait belt in which someone needs to hold. She is still unable to use her left arm and hand. Additionally, she lost the left side vision in both eyes. She has gone from a healthy, vibrant, independent 71-year-old to someone who is unable to care for herself, completely dependent on being taken care of by my me and my dad. Although the AVM can be congenital, a prior MRI of her brain in 2015 never picked it up and was reported as normal. I firmly believe that the inflammation caused by the vaccine triggered the AVM to rupture. My mother was tested for COVID-19 upon admission in the hospital on March 4, 2021 and again on March 20, 2021 and tested negative both times. Additionally, she was tested for SARS COV-2 nucleocapsid antibodies (for prior infection) in May 2021 and again tested negative.
